We practise most Mondays; But in the summer we alternate practices in the village hall with practices at local pubs - a schedule is posted below. Regular practices in All Saints Church Hall start again some time in September.

Winterbourn Down Border Morris were privileged to be able to help the girls out with their Dance Badge.
The girls were introduced to the style of Morris Dance including their history, the costumes worn and the music played as an accompaniment.

May 6th Monday Winterbourn Down Carnival
Dancing in our own village on Bank Holiday Monday and a chance to relax on home ground.
We danced two slots in front of a large happy, ice cream eating audience. Yes, it really felt like a summer's day

On 8th July we had a grand outing to the Beaufort Arms at Hawkesbury Upton where Gromit stood in all his majesty on a plinth in the pub garden.
The crowds gave generously of their attention to our dancing and gave generously out of their pockets to Gromit's Appeal Fund.
Our thanks to the Landlord for his kind hospitality - we'd like to return, please!

We were privileged to be invited to share our dances with 25 students from Bulgaria, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland and Czech Republic at Woodhouse Park.
It was a enjoyable evening and great to see that a love of folk dancing was very much alive in the young across Europe!

'Christmas on the Hill' (2013)
at Staple Hill marks the beginning of Christmas. It's one of our favourite events. There is always a good festive atmosphere and lots of good cheer!

Boxing Day 2013
The annual Mummer’s Play and dancing in the village of Winterbourn Down. The warm sunshine brought out the crowds and we raised £606.44p for our local Charity “ Paul’s Place.
