Up Mill Steps (Iron Men)

This is the main set position. 1 faces 3, 2 and 4, 5 and 7, 6 and 8.
DANCE ON The dance-on is done in reverse order -7 + 8 dance on for 4, take 2 steps diagonally outwards into position; 5 + 6  dance on for 6, passing between 7 and 8, then 2 diagonal; 3 + 4  dance on for 8, etc;   1 + 2 on for 10 steps, 2 diagonal. All facing forward at this point. On step 15 all turn in to face partner (1 &3, 2&4 etc. as above) and on 16 hit floor.
CHORUS (sticking, hey, sticking) Hit floor once on last beat of last section of music.
STICKING  Hit left, right with partner (1&3, 2&4, 5&7, 6&8).
Turn to face other partner (1&2, 3&4, 5&6, 7&8). Hit left,right,left - left, right.
Turn to face first partner (1&3 etc). Hit left,right,left - left, right.
Other partner, same sticking -
Finally turn to face first partner (1&3 etc). Hit left,right,left – end.
HEY of 4 (16 steps)  Backing at each end for 2 steps.
Stick over right shoulder. Hit floor on beat 16 when back into start position.
STICKING repeat as above.
SWINGS Partners 1&3 etc do a right elbow swing for 6 steps, back into position for 1, turn for 1 step.
Partners 1&2 etc do a left elbow swing for 6, back for 1, turn for 1 (stick in spare hand resting on shoulder).
Hit floor on last beat.
CHORUS  
CORNERS CROSS (16 steps) 1&4, 5&8  take 2 steps to cross, passing right shoulder, 2 steps turning on spot. Then 2&3, 6&7 likewise.
Repeat above, back to place.
Then repeat the whole move again, hitting floor on beat 16.
CHORUS  
SQUARES Partners 1&3, 2&4 etc. take 2 steps to pass right shoulders, 2 steps to turn and face across the set.
2 steps pass left shoulder, 2 steps to turn. Face up (or down) the set.
2 steps to pass right shoulder, 2 steps to turn. Face across the set.
2 steps to pass left shoulder, 1 step to turn back into original position. Hit floor on beat 16.
FINAL CHORUS Sticking, hey, half hey, leading off in single line 2, 1, 4, 3, 6, 5, 8, 7
